What does pre-move cleaning service entail?We will dust the ceiling, walls, corners, fans, light fixtures, vents, windowsills as well as window coverings. They will also wipe your cabinets and any closets which may be attached to the bathroom and clean the toilet, sink, countertops, mirrors, shower, tub, etc.

How often should I have my house washed?We recommend having your house washed at least once per year. This provides consistent protection from harmful algae, mold, and other contaminants.

What is organization in cleaning?Often confused with decluttering, organizing is actually the step that comes after you have rid a room of any unneeded items. Organizing means making a well-thought-out plan and system for an area of your home.

Do I have to do anything to prepare for my cleaning service?Yes. We won't be able to effectively clean your home if there is stuff everywhere. We would appreciate it if all of your belongings were picked up off the floor and counter space prior to our visit.

Do I have to be home while you are cleaning?No. As long as we are able to enter the premises without you being there, there is no reason for you to have to be there.

What cleaning products do you use?We will provide you with a full list of our products for you to choose from during your free consultation. We are also making efforts to be environmentally aware by eliminating paper invoices and adding non-toxic products. We are constantly making changes to better the working environment for our employees and to make sure we can deliver a better service for our customers.

What will a standard home cleaning service include?
- Use professional cleaning products on all hard surfaces to disinfect them and remove unwanted dust and debris.
- Clean baseboards.
- Dust light fixtures.
- Move furniture to clean underneath and behind it.
- Scrub the bathrooms (including the shower and toilet)
- Clean kitchen
- Vacuuming all carpets in the home
